I'm sure a lot of you ladies know what I'm talking about here. A dude will be chatting you up and you're starting to think he's really into you...until you find out he's spitting his game to a bunch of other girls at the same time (and guys, we're not dumb. We DO find out!).
Of course this happens everywhere, but I've seen it a lot with some people I talk to/have talked to from sites like this (and of course some ladies are guilty of this too. I know I have done it in the past too!). Guys; if you're simply casting your net to 20 different girls, making them think you're interested in them for more than just shenanigans when you're not...quit being a tool!!! I know there's the catch-22 some guys have where they don't want to mess with a "skank", yet don't want a relationship. In that case, you're simply going to end up breaking good girls' hearts and screwing your own karma in the process. There are plenty of girls who would be totally into an open relationship, just sexual, or whatever. Just be completely honest about what you're looking for, and you'll eventually find someone who wants the same thing. And if you think this kinda thing has no affect on your reputation, consider the fact that this community is pretty dang small. Girls talk...a lot! If you pull a bunch of bang-and-jet operations, we're likely to find out, and you'll eventually be labeled a skeeze. So do us and yourselves a favor, and be straightforward! Embrace your inner ho! haha  |

Sounds like the beginning of a witch hunt or j'accuse. Yuck.
Not that I disagree with the base thoughts, the playing sucks donkey ass. But even you say it: YOU led on like what you rant on. Why are you focusing so much on the MEN when you yourself a lady have done it? |

So I apologize if it was harsh... I used to be a hardcore playa, and it took me falling hard for someone and being cheated on (a bunch) to realize how much I'd hurt others in the past. online communication in weird in that way, it's not tangible in any sense (unless you've been 'into' that person for a number of months, like 2-3?) and without any contact beyond the interwebs.. it's really hard to draw that line
the toe tipping and boundaries of this area are really gd hard.. girls get a lot more attention than guys do.. so 'diversifying yo bonds' (wu tang clan, chappelle show  ) is just a natural way guys go, a lot of the time. the interwebs is such a nice place to hide too.. so a lot of people(guys & dolls) don't even feel acknowledged when trying to cross that 'barrier' of communication so, we flirt in all directions, seeing what fish we can catch in this murky 'sea of life' that is in the internet i wouldn't take it personally, not unless you've been talking for a long time on a seriously connected level. (i don't when girls do it.. but then again ladies have whimsy and mystique going for them. ) |

Embrace your inner ho! haha Here is an original idea for all the ladies who community playas are trying to score with... try talking to some of the genuine single FA's on the site. They are the men whose pm's you tend to ignore and posts from them can be found in various threads bemoaning the lack of responses to introductory messages. Now granted these genuine FA's tend to be a bit funny looking, often struggle to string a sentence together and may not be called dazzling, charming or urbane any time soon. But they are the folks who are here to meet you and if you actually give them a chance every once in a while, you might be pleasantly surprised to find someone who really wants to get to know you and not just trying to tap you up for a bit of casual fat sex. The phrase 'Wanting your cake and eating it' springs to mind  For the record, whilst I have flirted gloriously unsuccessfully with some members of this site in past, I now met an amazing, cuddly woman I'm rather fond of. Right - I'll keep this brief. * Men will adopt the tactics described by Neko Kiera. * Women will adopt them too. * I belive the human race replies upon them for the upkeep of at least some basic level of reproduction. I agree wholeheartedly with bunter69 - try talking to some single FAs on this site - the ones who are TRULY single. We're so easy to spot - we're the funny looking ones and we're certainly not charming or urbane. Of late, I've become slightly dispirited about the infighting within this community. Let's bring back the 'Us vs The Rest of the World' spirit to the fore-front. In this one (superbly provided & gratis to boot) haven where we can share our views without fear of reprisal, it saddens me that we just can't get along with each other. ... I'm not angry ... Looks are subjective (hello) and I think you'll find females tend to be a whole lot less swayed by what the media says is hot when looking for a partner. (how many guys make a point of posting pics of themselves with 'hot' girls all over there facebook? some sort of weird male status symbol me thinks) No i dont want to be a man basher but please help me understand. Are you suggesting that women are shallow if the look for basic attraction, that spark, chemistry? In that case this whole site is shallow. |
