Me and my girlfriend have been dating for two years now and she has been enjoying her weight gain. At 330lb, she's starting to notice the changes from her weight gain, mostly the shortness of breath from walking a few distance and climbing stairs.

Then tonight we were joking around that she should get a handicap parking sticker so she didn't have to walk too far. But that got me thinking, how heavy or what condition do you have to be in order to get a handicap sticker?

Thanks for the advice, thankfully she's not out shape as she does plenty of cardio and other aerobic exercises to keep her health up. It just annoying that I can't find a clear answer in her state if she can get one or not in Rhode Island.
