It's all about your opinions on the matter. Your body and all that. But yes, depending on your height, your mobility will become pretty compromised at 1000+lbs.
You just need to take some time to think about it, weigh the pros and cons *pun unintended*.
If after a few weeks you're still into the idea of growing that big I say go for it!
