Senior citizens diet help

pleas help me feed my mom Sue.
she has: easily upset stomach, bad teeth, sore throat, joint pain.
Mom also cant walk to the kitchen to feed her self.
maybe something prepackaged that she can just open and eat.
Or something I can cook for her.
I would like Your help with coming up with ideas on what to feed her.
She hates eating the same thing over and over again.
and shes sick of: baby food, soup and insure.
I do my best to take care of her.
and I do a pretty good job of it when dad is not interfering.
getting old really sucks!

I'm sorry to hear about your struggle. Good for you for taking care of your parents.

One of the best things that came to my mind are smoothies. Specifically vegan ones, as these are made up almost entirely of actual fruits and vegetables.

Here is an example of one I made just yesterday:

1 cup cashew milk
1 large banana, sliced
2 TBSP flax meal (optional, but great source of omegas)
2 TBSP creamy peanut butter
1 TBSP coconut sugar

Throw it all in a blender! Makes 2 servings.

That will make it pretty thick, add another 1/3 cup or so to thin it out if it's too much for her. Because the milk is plant-based she will get healthy fats and sugars from the flax, peanut, and banana without the bovine fat which is very hard on our systems, especially when we're older.

There are a ton of "real food" smoothies and purees you can make for sure.
