Saline infusions - they are temporary but varies based on how much ml's you infuse. Dextrose or glucose lasts longer than saline, but it isn't suggestive for diabetics (sorry) and it gradually increases in size after the infusion is over. I don't recommend dextrose or glucose to new users as I feel that they need experience prior to something more.
