How do you get over a plateau?

Well the two things that have worked for me are backing off gaining for a while (I usually work on my conditioning some and swim or walk) then in a month or so drop off as much activity as possible and eat as much as possible.
The other is finding ways to eat more. Work in more snacks and make your day generally more fattening. It isn't fast but it makes progress with even a small investment

Do tell smiley I've been stuck in the 190s forever and would love to finally get above 200 and stay there!
