Hey, need some ideas to help my wife's weight gain, high energy snacks that don't fill her up and leave her needing food? Any ideas for stuff that works

What does your wife think? She must have ideas, since she will the one eating it.

She likes crisps, chocolate and coke as snacks. She thinks coke is good because it's not filling.
