Rayne: You can't. Where you gain weight is totally determined by your genes etc. Nothing anyone tells you will work. You simply can't (unfortunately).
Rachel's on point again here. As far as science can tell us, our bodies distribute fat according to their own genetic and physiological plan. A lot of folks on this board may have individual experience and anecdotal evidence that you can increase belly fat with higher concentrations of dairy or fructose, but as far as science is concerned, your fat distribution is exclusively handled by your own internal and individual system.
Somebody needs to work on a "lipo-accretion" or "lipo-hancement" process, right?
