jiggly belly4 days

Hey Im new to gaining and feederism in general, just wondering though how long it'd take to get a nice jiggly belly eating ~3000 calories a day. Heres how Im currently looking...

As a side note, anyone into gaining in the boston area that would want to help out, I'm hungry 24/7

At 3000 calories a day? A really, Really, REALLY long time!

You want a belly? A jiggly belly? Try 5000 calories a day and see how it goes.

You might try mixing up a pint of heavy cream, 8 to 10 teaspoons of corn syrup (it dissolves better than sugar), 1 pint of chilled coffee, and a squirt of chocolate syrup to taste. That will give you a 2100 calorie boost and tastes great!

Stick with it for a week and you should see some gains. Probably not going to be steady, more likely a couple lb one day, then a couple days with no gain. It will average out.

How much can you realistically expect to gain in a week?

At your current calorie consumption, you might see 3 lb a week I would guess. It varies SO much by the individual.
