looking for some online female feeder coaching and motivation :)4 months

Hi. I have recently hit a plateau of 300lbs. I am looking to get huge. I'm looking for some hardcore tips if interested from female feeders. 400lbs is my starting goal. Let me know if anyone is interested. Thanks

I think it's the same thing with lifting weights (yeah I'm into fitness sorry)
You have to change things up a bit.

And what a lot of people don't consider is that some healthy foods in high consumption are kinda better for it.

What you're looking for is more filling foods and sugar.

Stuff like oat meal or rice is actually kinda great for it.

So is pasta (obs) and red meats (and chicken shockingly enough).

Basically the only reason people plateu is because their body gets used to what their doing.
