Get yourself some pajama pants or something stretchy, what I do is stuff my underwear with fabric (Tshirt, bedsheet) look to do this around your stomach all the way up your body, just hike up the pants and fill them with fabric, feels and looks amazing.

Everyone's different. Kinda have to use whateever you have. Keep an eye out for p,us size clothing on clearance and squishy pillows. Different items stuff differently into your clothes. Under garments ca n make a difference too. Depending on the look you want

Oh, and what kind shape are you going for? Does it matter? Do you prefer to feel "restricted" when you stuff/padd your clothes? Meaning, stuffing so much that you have trouble or can hardly move/walk? I think to enhance that, pad the areas between thighs, and also under the arms. This will give it a more realistic feel, feeling your arms raised by the swelling of your fat feels kinda hot. Same for padding inside leg area, slowing down movement, creating a "wobble" when you walk like this.

Suspenders or bungee chords can help if you're going for a really big look.

Depending on how much bigger you want to be, one option is to get some inexpensive silicon caulk at a hardware store and use it to fill large ziplock bags. I use 6 to 10 standard caulk tubes and a 2.5 gallon ziplock bag. Adds realistic 10-15 pounds. Use some kind of bodysuit to keep it in place over your belly.

I don't have much hardware to go with (just some old compression/athletic clothes), but I've experimented with some stuffing materials.

Most recently I tried it with bags full of Jell-O:

I was hoping for more jiggle (personally I'm trying for realism, I want to wear it in public). Anybody have other ideas for added jiggle or realism?

I am having one of those nights where I need to get as big as I possibly can! I love times like this, starting with very loose stretchy biker shorts and stuffing them with pillow fluff. Don't forget to stuff between the thighs to give the feeling of really thick flabby thighs that flap together when you walk! Then, I pull on another pair of sweatpants larger than the first pair, but before pulling them all the way up load them with pillows and then pull over your pants, pulling the pillows up to adjust. Attach a pair of suspenders to these pants and pull them as tight as you can. I can still feel that there's a room for these pants to stretch, so I undo one of the buckles and I'm able to slide a whole pillow in each hip! My hips are so fat I can't get my ass to the door now that feels so hot! I just love the feeling of having to wobble from having so much fat between my legs, pants that are so tight but I can't bend my knees, forcing my body to wobble left to right as I walk down the hall my huge hips bumping each side of the hall as I wobble through I've continued to come to stuff these pants to such an extent that I can't get myself off of the couch without exertion! So I'm just laying here feeling the clothes stretching and wanting to buckle and split at the seams, helpless mmm

I second this! I did basically the same thing back in high school and it worked a treat.

Omg YESSSSSS I absolutely love the feeling too! I always used to love doing it at night when my family's asleep so I could wander around the house without anyone giving me weird looks. XD
