Just had quinoa and flax seeds for the first time. Enjoying a bloated belly for about an hour and a half.
I roasted them in an iron skillet then added some curry and half the water it would usually take and covered it on medium for about 10 minutes. I drank a big glass of water before digging in, and then another after finishing.

My leftover Thanksgiving cornbread stuffing has the same effect. After a couple days it Frye out a bit, so you need to drink lots of water. Your stomach will swell, and all those ingredients are pretty good for ya-
Seasoned cornbread, onions, celery, butter, chicken broth, and love. Yum, yum!
