Teaching normies to be feedees
I've heard this story many times. A person has no interest in feedism but is persuaded to try it by their feeder. They gain some and by their partner's reaction realize how erotic feedism can be. I...

I’m really struggling with my calorie goal…
I've always thought if you push it too hard it becomes a chore, and it's a shame to turn it into a chore when it can be so much fun.

What a lot of people do is alternate stuffing days with days ...

What to tell friends and family when they comment on your weight/gain?
I got a letter on this topic on my old feedist advice site. Apparently my advice worked out:

What can I say...?

My name is Amanda. Last year I began university, a...

I've done these before. I suggest doing it someplace close to BART and close to parking. For example, the Cheesecake Factory on Union Square.

Stuffing frustration
Some feedees have told me they get frustrated sometimes...they'll get so full that they can't eat another bite, but want to eat more anyway. It can be frustrating.

Has this happened to you? Mor...

Gaining by developing a stuffing addiction?
None of my business, and I'm glad it's working out for you, but I'm curious: how can you get that big or bigger and still take care of yourself?

"the whale"
I saw it. I thought it was good, but it didn't do anything for me as a feedist. Maybe it would have if the protagonist was female, but not much even then. I like weight-gain and overeating to be a ...

Gaining by developing a stuffing addiction?
If you want to go out of control, yes, it's a great idea. And, while I think it's a bad idea to go out of control, some people love it.

But if you don't want to go out of control keep it dow...

Gaining by developing a stuffing addiction?
Based on people I've chatted with, if you stuff to the max more than once a week you're likely to go out of control. E.g. one woman wanted to gain from 130 to 180 pounds. She couldn't do it until s...

who is open about their feederism?
You don't need to tell people about the sexual part of it. That's none of their business. And anyway, almost everyone has a private kink or two.

Go with the PG version.

Feedees can say: "I fi...

I think it's reasonable to ask.

It's also reasonable to decline or defer such a request.

Of course 220 isn't death feedism. Just saying it could turn into that. As far as feeder responsibility goes...like I said, I'm conflicted about all of it. Glad to hear your opinion on this, bu...

I would never encourage someone to become a death feedist or get into a relationship with someone who was already. I have to think the end of it would be pretty grim whatever you do.

flavor fatigue during stuffing
I don't have other challenges, but just made one up: try to eat 5 out of the 9 items. If you succeed, go for 6 out of 9 the next time. Then 7 of 9, 8 of 9, then the entire thing!
