30+ lbs. for me....but it is going to be 50+ Lbs. If I achieve my intentional gain goal now.

stages of getting fat (body types)
I would say between a 5-6....day 5 1/2!
One thing got me feeling a bit toward 6 was struggle bending over to pick something up....the big bloated gut get’s in the way so much now.

Yes....well currently on an upswing with my gaining over Covid in the last 7 months without even trying. I am actually up to very close to my heaviest without even trying.....so this weekend...
