I transitioned completely with Estradiol shots and Progesterone .. they work best and made me huge

Here in Italy it's hard to find heavy cream (which can be made at home, however), but there's wonderful mozzarella (cow and buffalo) which I love, so I guess if I start gaining I'll simply indulge a little more! I've also considered some of the herbs you mention (especially pueraria mirifica), but I'm curious about ovarian glandular (which I didn't know about). Even if the effectiveness of supplements (both plant and non-plant) is questionable, in the impossibility of a transition the psychological effect of taking them can be significant (the same effect plays out when taking MTF HRT), and possibly soothe my gender disforia to some extent.
