How long to see cream gains?

Hi BellyBuilder,

It varies a bit. Most people experience a delay in gains. When I initially used heavy cream, I did not experience the delay, but I think that was due to my inability to process fats.

The time it takes to develop stretch marks varies. It depends on your initial weight, your tendency to develop stretch marks, and supplements you may be taking. Vitamins A & C can potentially prevent stretch marks. Vitamin C supports collagen production, and vitamin A can help rebuild collagen in the skin.

Now that I have addressed some health issues and repaired my body's ability to process fats, I did experience a delay. It took me 16 days to start seeing changes on the scale, but it could take as much as 3 or 4 weeks.

How long to see cream gains?

Last time I used Heavy cream, it took about a week and a half to two weeks to see changes on the scale. Usually your just bloated and feel a soft layer of fat forming at first. But I remember it felt like it just came all at once. I remember stepping on the scale and it was 6lbs up and then I noticed even empty it looked like I did when I was fully bloated and stuffed. When I sucked in I noticed more fat there than last time I’d suck in. It was a steady gain of 4-6 lbs a week. If you stick with it you can really balloon quick! I started my heavy cream journey 4 days ago. Good luck and hopefully you’ll see the changes soon! To better and softer days!

Oh hey, it's me!

But to answer OP's question, it depends on a lot of things - mostly what you are eating, how much you are eating, how active you are, and your metabolism. Some people see results in a week or two. Some take longer.
