LoraDayton:
This is a felony
Neonlemonforce:
As long as they aren't adding ingredients or supplements without consent it isn't. Ide wait for an explanation before going straight to "felony"[/quote]
The "without consent" is what makes it a felony regardless.
Stop defending shitty behavior. It's really interesting how y'all will cape for those who condone violating consent. Sure wouldn't want to be known for that, would you?
See, the things is - even if it's just fantasy, we have no way of knowing that.
So many who retort "it's just a joke!" (Fat bodies and consent aren't a punchline) or "it's just a fantasy!" (there's a reason we have forums separate for it, and again - consent and/or disclaimers are still required to ethically share a fantasy) ultimately don't care about consent. Only the violation of it is what matters, that's the point of the material. Therefore, I will treat each one of these as though they are real.
Third parties *cannot* consent in these spaces. Full stop. There are no exceptions. If you speak this way thinking "it's just a fantasy" and you aren't cluing others in - guess what, that makes you wilfully violating/ignoring consent. And we have words for people like that.
