Hi, everyone. I think I'll ask your help and this might be of interest to others too.
I have a very serious problem about deciding what to cook and even what to buy in supermarket (even if I'm hungry).
I want to make at least a weekly high-calorie meal plan, items in which would be diverse and of course tasty, because, unfortunately, it's rather hard for me to eat the same stuff everyday.
So to start off I want to ask everyone:
- What do you like to eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner/supper?
- How much time (roughly) do you spend preparing each meal?
- How much do you consume and how full you feel afterwards.
This might interest somebody too. For example I still don't quite understand what English breakfast consist of.
While I was in Spain - one day I spend with british, and there was a chatty plump girl and a hour of storytelling about hotel food and what she prefers to eat at home. During that I discovered a ham+cheese toast... and by this thread I might discover much more different things.
