I'm an avid Zyn or Velo user, but recently I've been slowing down using them hopefully in attempt to see if they're a reason I can't put on weight. Do yall have any idea if nicotine pouches like them have an effect or if it's just the fact that I don't want to eat while I have an upper decky in?
