attentive guy:
Cake Shake
One store bought cake
One pound room temperature butter
One quart heavy cream
No need for any syrup the icing on the cake will make it sweet.
Put all in blender and blend until smooth and drinkable.

I never know what type of butter to buy. Could you recommend a few that would be best for gaining?

Butter is butter so not to worry it will do the job. If you think it tastes a little bland you could add either a strawberry or chocolate syrup to it. The cakes I use are white cake with vanilla frosting for strawberry syrup.

Some types of butter will clog things up faster than others. I've heard to always use vegetable based oils and butters.

Just whipped this up, i was practically scraping the bottom of the glass to get every last drop I could:

1 pint milk
1/2 cup black cherry chocolate chunk ice cream (microwave until melted and warm, this’ll help warm the entire thing up and make it easier to chug)
2 tbsp cool whip
3/4 cup French vanilla coffee creamer

Should be around 900-905 calories, not too much, but whatever. The vanilla creamer and cool whip compliments the cherry ice cream really well and it tastes delicious

Iwannabefat:
Is there any recipes out there for smoothies that increase subcutaneous fat more than visceral? I'm looking to gain more squishy fat and not have type 2 diabetes when I'm 25 so I'll pass on all the sugary stuff

I'd follow a few recipes as a base from this tumblr. They have some that are fulllllll processed sugars, but I really like the more fruit/juice based ones. They still fill out nice but aren't as hard for me to gulp down. Plus I feel a lot better about drinking them than full on cake shake vibe ones.
