Crock pot tacos

Here's a great recipe for shredded beef tacos from a crock pot. They are amazing!!


1 (2.5 lb chuck roast
1 (14 oz) can beef broth
1 1/2 Tablespoons chili powder
1/2 Tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 Tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Juice of 1 Lime


Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours. Shred the roast with two forks, then return to the pot for another 30 minutes. Serve in warmed flour tortillas with all the fixings.
