Empty Calories!!! The things that are loaded with calories and little or no fat so you can eat a lot of it and still be hungry. Fresh fruit smoothies for example. You can drink a 32 oz smoothie and be hungry 30 mins later.
I tend to binge graze...takes a bit longer for the belly to show it but by the end of a 12 hour graze I am bloated enough to show and by the last push can expand to a beach ball belly. Rub, Pat and massage so you always have room
I try to eat snacks and drink coke in between meals. It sure adds lots of calories. In the afternoon I usually eat a bag of chip or a mcdonalds meal before i eat an ordinary meal. Before going to bed I drink gainshake. I am really starting to see some results. 😁
