Fattneko: i really dont care much about goals but I only have 37 pounds and I�m actually enjoying the push. I�m trying to hit it by June. Any advice?
You might already be doing this, but when you're eating and you reach the point where you're full, eat a little bit more and then stop. Also if you can avoid drinking stuff as you eat (the water will be absorbed into any dry foods eg. bread, and will weigh you down and make you feel fuller), drink at the end of the meal instead. It may help you max out your intake (if you are trying to do so).
You may already be doing this, but snacks in between big meals work wonders. Chips work great because they're loaded with calories but don't fill you up. These snacks can add some nice calories without hurting your ability to go big during meals.
