Fattening desk job snacks???

PEANUT BUTTER.

I always have a jar at my desk when I'm bulking. Folks around here make such a deal about heavy cream at 52 calories a tablespoon. Peanut butter is almost double the calories at 94 cal a tbsp.

Eat it straight, put it on virtually anything, throw it in gainer shakes. No refrigeration, mess and hardly any carbs.

Cliff bars are a good way to add calories.

May be redundant w/the peanut butter, but nuts are great to snack on throughout the day.

A large handful of oil roasted mixed nuts is 813 calories; equal to over 3 cliff bars or 2 quarter pounders from McD's. Super calorically dense and not very filling.

Things I've enjoyed:
- semi-sweet chocolate cooking wafers (amazing how easily those go down)
- cookies that don't shed crumbs (bonus if they are good dipped in tea. Love my mid afternoon tea and cookies ritual)
- not too juicy fruit. Nobody will say anything if they find you eating a clementine orange or some grapes it the like.
-home made baking that you put out to share, you have a pass to eat as much of it yourself as you want.
