Gaining with ibs

I have it and agree with all of the above comments.
You just have to feel your way, but gaining can definitely be done.
Yogurt is very good for calming your gut and I agree mint and ginger are both good aids to digestion generally.

Gaining with ibs

IBS can vary widely from person to person. The trick is figuring out what triggers you and what level if any of of those triggers your body can handle. Depending on what symptoms your IBS causes (loose stool, constipation) you can also adjust your diet to somewhat counterpunch the symptoms, though that only goes so far.
