Living with a really big butt - personal questions

For question 2, definitely look into bidet attachments for your home toilet(s)! I've seen grabby sticks on Ample Stuff to hold toilet paper or a cloth for drying off. For traveling, maybe a squirt bottle like what women who just gave birth use. I believe it's called a peri bottle.

I know 'exercise' is a dirty word here, but gentle yoga doesn't burn a lot of calories and with regular practice it will increase your flexibility to reach those difficult places.

Oh! For showering, you NEED a detachable shower head. Or a combo setup where you have both a regular shower head and a wand thingy. Honestly I think everyone, fat or thin, can benefit from these. It's so much easier to get every nook and cranny completely clean this way!

I tried one of those portable bottles, but found that they did not work very well for me. I do not want to have to jump into the tub/shower after every BM.
I do not have a bidet, any suggestions?

Threre are bidets that are add-ons to existing toilets -- no need to remodel the bathroom.
