I just though of a fun challenge/game. Wear your tightest jeans/pants to work that are almost ready to burst and see if they make it through the day. Lol its like Russian roulette but with pants.
Sounds like a fun challenge. I prefer binging in my tightest clothes. Feeling fatter faster!
