More like 1-2, look I don't want to rain on your parade but you are endangering yourself by putting helium in your body. I would suggest you find some heavy cream and "inflate" with that. At least you won't die if something goes horribly wrong.

Not too long ago there was a news story about some metal shop workers goofing off. They stuck an air hose up one guy's butt and it killed him very gruesomely. So... don't do this.
