The first time I realised I had a significant larger belly was at the age of 16 and about 83 kg. I was fascinated but managed to stay below 85 until the summer of my 21st birthday when I'd stuff myself and added significant amounts of beer to my routine. Shot up to 93 but started running after the summer and got down again for 4 more years during university. Then I moved to the US for some time ... and it really started. With a free gym membership I was everywhere between 81 (lowest adult weight) and 104kg. Crazy gains and losses probably ruined my metabolism.
After returning home it took two more years to go past 100 again. Then another move and a research position had me gain to 115- 20 kg in just a couple of months. I again maintained for around 7years until I met my wife.
She likes to keep me well fed and so I am hovering around 130 kg since 10 years. Peaking at 145 kg during covid.
