Gaining

Has anyone went for a mc feast im thinking of going for one....what would you order?

Im lookin for both great taste and the most calories...more about the calories

I just finished my Mc Feast and man am I ever stuffed to my MAX...Im sure I have had my sodium and fat for the next few days lol

I had a double big mac, double quarter pounder, large fry and a medium coke it was tasty but for some reason im getting sleepy....

When I use to eat fast food, I got the 2 cheese burger meal that use to be number 2 and then a side of chicken nuggets... Not sure if that still exists anymore though.

I don't eat McD's anymore. Not since I had a small piece of glass in the only 1/4 pounder I ever ate back in 2001. I still like KFC and Red Rooster though.
I stopped eating maccas before supersize me was made.

i love mcdonalds for the calories
always go for chicken nuggets though.
yesterday i had 6chicken nuggets (250cals)
large fries (460cals)
large choc milkshake (530cals)
rolo mcFlurry (405cals)

so that was 1,645 calories, and you dont eat a huge amount.
