New gainer looking for advice

Hi - I am fairly new to this site and looking for advice from some seasoned gainers.

I have gained about 45 lbs over the last few years (went from 155 to 200 lbs, not intentionally). I really like the feeling of being a little heavier, and have been tempted to gain some more weight. I really like gaining weight and seeing myself grow.

However, due to various reasons (health, professional, etc) I haven't been able to commit to gaining a lot more weight. I have binged briefly but always stopped myself after a week or so.

Has anyone found a way around this? I might try gaining 10 or so lbs then gradually losing it to test the waters. I really like to gain but know I can't do it forever. Maybe "yo-yoing" could satisfy my craving to gain?
