I tried your recepy today and the sandwiches are sooooo tasty!!! But my god are they heavy and fattening... If I counted right one of those has about 1000kcal!

I think there are limits but in general it IS possible to stretch the stomach a lot. It's just a normal thing for your stomach to grow when it has to adjust to big amounts of food. I for example are highly addicted to food nowadays... from the psychological view I love eating and having my belly bloated and growing - from the physical point I'm feeling sick when my big stomach is empty.

Peanut butter is so good for a heavy, fat belly! It is incredibly fattening!

What are you're experiences with food and weight gain around Xmas time? I'm usually putting on a few pounds. When I'm visiting my Mum at home we have tons of sweets and cookies lying around as she likes to bake a lot. But to be honest I take every excuse to stuff and around this time of the year there are many opportunities like christmas parties, visiting relatives... I notice that even "normal" people are eating very high caloric and fattening foods.

I grew up nice and fat, then lost a lot of weight when I was a teen. With a few ups and downs after a breakup four years ago I started blowing up again.

That is very interesting to read! I am a binge eater myself as I wrote above. I have the one side where I eat emotionally and suffer and am taking therapy and the other side where it's the complete opposite - the fetish. I wonder if I can ever overcome the eating disorder and still have these phantasies about gaining weight and stuffing.

I also think that because for me being big was always something to be ashamed of my brain turned this humiliation around to be pleasant to make it bearable.

I wonder If anyone has experienced the same.
For a couple of weeks now I can't stop eating... I think about food all the time, everytime I smell something tasty I have to eat .. especially if my belly is already painfully stuffed I get this really strong need to stuff it until I can't move.

I don't want to complain, the feeling is great. But is it dangerous? And is it "normal"?
