I try and point out Amtrak as much as I can, so many American feedists don't really take it into account when planning "statewide" meetups. Definitely a great option for people.

Just adding this but Springfield and Bloomington are accessible via Amtrak, meaning people with access to a nearby station don't necessarily need to drive.
Both can be reached using the Lincoln Service or the Texas Eagle.

Don't get me wrong, that does sound fun, but something more chill and public just seems like a nicer day to just meet and chat with peeps.

Jigglephysicist:
This is the only way I ever see it portrayed. The feeder (usually a man) is just manipulating the feedee (usually a woman) and the feedee has zero agency. They're just a victim who's being controlled and the feeder is insecure and making them fat to trap them in the relationship. It breaks peoples' brains to think someone would actually want that.
There's only two examples I can think of that go against the grain, but even then only one really breaks the mold. One is of a sapphic couple, but since one is a trans woman most people in the comments use transphobia to make it fit the narrative. The other one is a female feeder and male gainer, but most of the comments are exactly the same.

I'm being nosy. What's the one episode.
Unless it's a horror podcast or Sawbones, I don't really be listening to podcasts like that.
Ya it was actually pretty fun. I was in the last episode they did before their re-brand and it was awesome to sit-down and talk about this stuff. Especially since the episode was about trans feedists who don't get as much coverage (ignoring that one video).

It's a podcast exploring "kink and fetish, gender, sexuality, health and healthcare, dating, culture, politics and body positivity, with reviews, guests, and more!" with a feedism / gainer lean.

Yeah! Lets go to the museums ending with the history museum and aquarium, and then find some open grass after all the long walking where there’s a food truck with bulk tourist prices!
That's actually a perfect place as Millennium and Lincoln parks are right there, adjacent to South Shore/Metra train stations, and to the Chicago Museum campus.
Alternatively, we could rent out a small meeting space or reserve a group table at a restaurant if we want to get out of the heat.

I definitely think we need to create a more vibrant community of self-created media. I.e. podcasts, video series, and articles.
I mostly say this as someone who recently appeared on the podcast series Thicc Radio. It's a great show and I love the hosts, but we need more programs like that.
