Its a choose in my lifestyle, so there is good and bad things which happen with gain. I have no problem with what people think about me, and honnestly I love to not be on the norm

Diabetes

With diabete its very important to have meds and à good following by the doctor. I think your doctor said you to lose weight, and by the health point of view, he is right.
I have diabete too but I choses to continu to gain with a particular care on food chose and à good doctor.
So its possible but you know the risk

What an interesseting question. My point of view is about the limit mainly than weight limit. For some person its the number on the scale for other its the impact on the mobility.
Personnaly I think my limit i's Linked with my health. I have over pressure blood Ok, some diabet ok, my knees hurt Ok, but nothing very important to stop my weight gain.
I think the limit i's just a point of view.

Capacity

Hello, the stomach capability is really linked by the training like in sport. You need to stretch by stuffing or good meal. Obviously, the capability decrease with weight gaining, mainly due to viceral fat which limit stomach expension.

Personnaly I love stuffing and do this around one or two times by week. And with my recent small gaining, around 20kg, my stomach lost 0.5liter of capability. Even if I stuff myself in the bath to help my belly to expand with hot water around.

Temporary bloating

hello,

i can share my experiment with stuffing if you want in private.
Its not really good to bloat you with water due to the osmotic effect, i advice you so light soda like iced tea. its not the best but healthier. if you dont want problem, use sport drink, gatored.
for my stomach i eat a cheesecake to protect the stomach and after i drink coca cola and finish with beer. to be honest, its what i prefer with liquid and gases, my belly is round and not to much heavy. if your wife want to see again her pregnant belly, it will be similar to a 5th month belly, when i stuff to the limit its close to 7th month.

Gaining with high blood pressure?

I have Bloom pressure problem too. With out meds and do nothing, im around 190/100. I found the good doctor whose use 3 type of meds, not sure but its a sort of aspirin, betablock and valium. Since i use it, I have no problem. Before a good meal, I increase my aspirin (double), and its working. Now im around 140/90 when I dont stuffing me. So for me its possible to live normally with ly lifestyle.

The stretchmarks depend on where you're genetically predisposed to gaining. For me most of the weight when to my thunder thighs. The most important thing is speed. If you can pack 10+ pounds a month I guarantee that you will get marks all over you.

Im totally ok with that. The fat go alway in the same place. And it depend of persons, for me its mainly in the belly, for one of my daugther it is on hips. For this im jalous lol.

After all if you gain quikly, you Will have stretchmarks aller around you cause your body can't stock all fat in belly or hips.

So for the Best stretchmarks, have a really fat gaining, no need of 100kg in1yr, just 20kg in 1 month. And my advice is to not hydrate your skin. No cream and d'écraser thé volum of water that you drink.
