When I graduated high school I was 160. Now I'm about 210

I am currently in the midst of a 12-week muscle building program. Once the next 6 weeks are through my program will be finished and I really want to add some extra padding as well. Does anyone want to help either encourage me or gain with me during those 12 weeks? Like I've stated in other posts, I'm very motivated

I think you found a happy medium...congrats! I'm a personal trainer and have done things like this before and it is a great way to put on size without appearing to want to be fat. Hope you have fun making your decision!
