Honestly a mood. Too fat to do anything but eat, so all you do is get even bigger? Would love to spend my day eating all day, trying to keep my belly full as I couldn’t do much of anything else. Luckily I love eating so it’d be ideal to be immobile.

That’d be fun and hot for me. It’d fit into a dominant kink, being told no unless I gain a certain amount. Or keep eating etc and then getting rewarded when I did gain that weight/ate more then usual.

Fantasy wise - probably 900+ just all belly and tits. Fat pinning me to a large bed, feet and hands starting to get swallowed up by the bulging fat around them. Unable to reach even my bellybutton, not that I could see it. As my chins and big fat cheeks would make it hard for me to turn my head very well. That would be the dream!

One of my favorite things about a massive belly is the helplessness it causes well before a feedee is physically dependent/immobile.
It starts with the stretch marks. A belly heavy person will tend to get more of them and faster because that poor belly is getting too big too fast. Those are mine. I did that to you and they will never go away no matter how much weight you lose.
And because of those stretch marks, because I'm stretching out that poor gut with too much fat, once you've gained a few hundred lbs it will be permanently stretched. You'll never look the same as you did no matter how hard you work. Even with surgery. You might be able to cut away he sagging skin flap, but you'll still always look...loose.
If you have a massive gut, you're immobile and helpless when you're totally stuffed. I won't help you up except to use the bathroom because I don't want you burning calories but I do want you growing lazy and weak.
Once your belly is so big that there are parts of it you can't reach, you're totally at my mercy. I can be kind and gentle, or I can slap it, lift it high and let it slap down on your thighs, or shake and jiggle it violently and there is nothing you can do to stop me. Want me to be nicer? Eat.
This is so cute, especially the helplessness and being too weak part to do anything to stop the teasing and pighandling of a big belly.

Forcing someone to eat against their acted will (with safety gesture.) Everyone's a fan. But I'm curious about everyone's preferred means of force.
For me,
Hot: fully restrained with funnel or nasogastric tube. Physically helpless.
Hotter: fed quickly and forcefully with no restraints, movement of arms and head, and speech not allowed. You know you I can restrain and punish you, so there is a psychological component, but you can convince yourself you're being physically forced.
Hottest: After being force fed until it hurts, eating with your own hands whatever I give y no matter how much it hurts, because you know you have no choice.
All of this. And hotter still? No physical restraints, just the psychological one knowing you can’t stop eating even if you wanted to. Willingly cramming the food or chugging whats being funneled into you, telling yourself its all your feeders fault. And you need to finish everything they want you to finish otherwise you’ll displease them even at your poor abused bellys expense.

Malicieux is part of 'Malicieux et delicieux', which not literally translates into English well. But does translate into 'Wicked sense of humor' in French. Just a phrase I really like. Malicieux on itself could be: Mischievous, impish, wicked, and so on.

In real life. Not really. But in Fantasy I've definitely thought about it. Just the loss of control, being helpless is a bit erotic. Not to mention you could basically blame it on the 'evil feeder' is great. Especially if in the fantasy you finally give in to whatever the evil feeder wants you to do.
