after achieving your goal weight
It’s a satisfying feeling reaching any goal when gaining. For me, it’s taken a while getting to 200. Want to keep growing, though :-)

“damn, i’m fat”
Fattest part of me is my belly; medium frame otherwise. Today I was cutting the grass after a fairly big breakfast and had that moment. Maybe not “damn, I’m fat” but “damn, my belly’s big!

Sweat a lot today cutting the grass so I took a pic before jumping into an ice cold shower :-) Maybe if my belly gets even fatter I can just pay someone to do this next summer! I looked like a big glistening sausage :-)

tips for first time gaining?
Homemade meals are the best for gradual but steady gaining. And of course pizza and pasta do the trick, along with ice cream. Plenty of cooking tips out there nowadays :-)

I’d send it. True friends accept one another regardless of their weight. A good bit of mine and my wife’s friends aren’t overweight, whereas the rest of them are. So it’s an even split :-)
