how fulfilling is it to have a mutual gainer?

Yeah for sure 👍.
Love being fat , big round belly. But now have diabetes but I would like to get fatter again. I just don't feel like myself 😭. Want my belly back.

I am not huge, 245, but I am always comparing myself to other larger men and my uncle. His biggest was 425.
