This video came highly recommend for me to make.
I walk up the stairs to my bedroom, walks back down and up again, then sits down in my chair.
I never go up more than once before i rest.
I really love the way you can hear the stairs creating under me and my knees pop and creek.
I also like how you can see my belly move because it hangs so much it gets liftet by my tighs with every step i take.
This was so exhausting because i walked up and down twice, my heart was racing and beating so ha

Yes i know, same goes for my energy drinks, i also developed an addiction for those, i drink several liter daily, its to the point where i get moody and cant function proberly without them😂
