heavy cream and boost
VHC is 530 calories per container and goes down so easy I used to do one before each meal. I never noticed it making me more full... but it sure made me fatter faster.

funnel feeding v just drinking a shake?
Its the loss of control and knowing everything is optimized for fat consumption that makes it hot. You have no choice when funnel fed, you're gonna fill up and thats that.

an observation / test about heavy cream
What helps me is the excitement knowing that the heavy cream im chugging is going to be stored as pure fat. Once I'm worked up over it, it goes down very easy.
Now... make sure you work up ...
