Uterus inflation is extremely dangerous. It stretches during pregnancy, yes, but it has around nine months to reach the size that it does. This has been brought up before on bodyinflation.org- some time ago, so I forget all the details- but even the experienced inflators there screamed opposition to the idea because it's so dangerous and likely to be fatal.

It's... well, it's different. Her abdomen gets kinda big, but watching her pull the entire football, fully inflated, out of her freaked me right the frak out.
