I like to lay on my back, by belly sticking upward. Makes is easier to rub too smiley

it depends,if the feedee or foodee be alone yes best thing is sleeping afterward but if there is a partner then sex would be the best answer lol

I always sleep propped up, and when I'm stuffed that still works alright. But sleeping on my side is definitely more comfortable when I'm particularly engorged.
