advice for up and coming gainer3 weeks

hello there, I'm just reaching out to see if there's anyone that has any advice for a young, up and coming gainer like myself. In particular, advice regarding what I should do to gain weight but at the same time not cause health risks, seeing as how I'm so young (btw, I'm slightly younger than the minimum age allows on this site, but trust me, I'm mature and can handle this. Otherwise, I wouldn't be on here). I think I'm doing good so far but I just feel like I'm still not to the point where I want to be. Just to show you the progress I've made within the last 2-3 years, check out the pics links below:

You look really good! You should try to drink tons of chocolate milk and eat as many high calorie foods as
possible to keep gaining. You should message me sometime, I'm 19 and I'd love to help you gain smiley

If you want to get fat and stay healthy you need to know that there are two main types of adipose tissues in the body which affect health in very different ways. There is visceral fat and subcutaneous fat. Visceral fat deposits around the internal organs and causes symptoms of metabolic syndrome(like diabetes and high LDL cholesterol) when in excess(abdominal obesity). Visceral fat feels hard to the touch and deposits in abdomen. It deposits under the abdominal muscles. Excessive amounts of it look like a ball belly. Subcutaneous fat on the other hand is benign metabolically speaking and health-wise. Some sub-deposits of subcutaneous fat have even been shown to be protective against metabolic syndrome. Subcutaneous fat deposits under the skin and it is soft and jiggly. If you were to gain only subcutaneous fat and became peripherally obese then your health would probably not deteriorate due to your weight.

Based on my research, the best food for gaining subcutaneous fat seems to be dairy products. If you want to gain and stay healthy I recommend using mainly dairy such as milk, cheese, cream, cream cheese, etc to gain.

If you want to easily determine your fat distribution you could use the Waist Hip Ratio(WHR) to figure it out. Lower scores are healthier. If you feel you have too much visceral fat you could always diet to lose weight for your health.

I can post some scientific studies if you want.
