I love watching my bf work out. I think it’s really hot that he can do all these push-ups and such while I’d probably die trying one, lol.
However, it’s also fun that whenever I need to do a little exercise to avoid pain (like in my knees and such), he’ll coach me through some simple moves. And he loves watching me get out of breath, so it’s a win for him, too. 😁
