Extreme obesity

How fat can you be before you need oxygen support. I guess it’s very individual and effected by other conditions and age. But just interested if it has likely weight?

I'd say most likely it's over 600 with healthy lungs. But if you've got lung issues already it's probably possible much sooner. Your weight would just compound the existing issues.

I think if shooting for immobility it ant a bad thing to have ready before a walker is needed

It depends. When I first became obese in my twenties, I needed oxygen while I slept and that was almost at 500 pounds.

I started to use now, when reached to 600 lbs range.

I know many at 500 or slightly above that need to use it when they get that big
