Gaining when you can't have dairy

If you can't go with dairy, then my next best bet would be to try and go for carbs. Depending on how you make your pasta and whatever sauces you use, you can make a pretty fattening dish. Plus, it's easy to eat a lot of it.

No dairy is certainly a restriction, but now you get to have fun being creative smiley.

Is 14 pounds a week possible?

There's no way to gain that amount of solid weight in a week. Maybe in water weight, or if you were to stuff enough food all at once, but I don't think it would be possible to gain 14 lbs of permanent weight.

Experimental weight gain

I'd say 10 lbs, just to see if you can handle the lifestyle. If you're already comfortable gorging yourself, then by all means go for making the weight noticeable. However, if you're an absolute newbie, try to see how you feel mentally and if you can keep up the lifestyle with just 10 lbs.

Strech marks

They may fade a bit and turn white-ish, especially if you use certain skin care products, but I don't think they disappear.

Help me with a theory...

johnxyz:
I don't think you can generalize. Some people like larger women, some don't.

Agreed. Also, I wouldn't say liking larger women back in history was a biological thing, rather more of a cultural/survival thing. Sure, when food was scarce to come by and not everyone could have it, most people found being overweight to be attractive. It probably meant they lived a stable, successful live back then.

Nowadays, most people (at least in America) have access to fatty foods and can overindulge. I'd say whenever that availability blossomed is when liking fat turned from "survival" into more "cultural trends." You can't really generalize cultural trends however, as Johnxyz said, as everyone has different ideals and the trend is constantly changing. I believe this might be why people view liking fat as a fetish, as it's against cultural trends.

For example: Back in the 1950's era, there were magazines chastising women for being too skinny. As our cultural trends have changed, so has that ideal.

Overall, it makes it hard to generalize based on history, as history can be based on cultural trends, which are constantly changing.

Hopefully this makes sense, I might have started rambling at some points lol.

Helping non feeders/feedees understand

Often, you simply can't explain it to others unfortunately. Gaining weight on purpose is quite a taboo subject for most of the world. To feeders/feedees, it makes sense, but to others, it might be like trying to explain BDSM play to a Catholic nun lol.

Wish I had better advice smiley. Sometimes, it might just be better not to try and explain it.
