I've increased the amount of food I eat each day, and I've gained about 12 - 14 pounds so far. But it really showed the afternoon when I bent over to pick up my dogs' dishes to feed them - and the seat of my khakis split wide open. Goodbye 46-inch waist - I went to the store and bought a couple of pair with 48-ince waists!!!

Can 50 inches be far away????
