Processed and packaged foods are the most expensive - if you stick to home cooked meals it can be cheap if you know where to shop and what to buy.
This. I shop the sales at my local market and fill my freezer and pantry when stuff is cheap.
Potatoes are cheap. Chicken leg quarters routinely go on sale as low as $.25 per pound. When the pasta and jar sauces go on sale you can make a big pot of spaghetti for less then the cost of a Big Mac meal.

All day stuffing for me. I can eat way more if i spread it out over an entire day.

Mom used to make these when I was a kid. They were delicious! Haven't had them in years.

The Lord of the Rings books are probably my favorites. No matter how many times i read through them, I always pick up on new things I missed the last time.
Louis L'Amour's books are also among my favorites. I've read all of his novels and many of his short stories.
