I've been with a few recently gaining women that while they wanted and enjoyed sex were not comfortable with their bodies and it was a serious hinderance to my enjoyment. BTW, if you read the whole study, obese men reported fewer partners- while overweight would include a lot of muscular, or board shouldered men ( the authors note George Bush had a BMI that made him overweight .). So i think the study mostly confirmed expectations. Even moreso for women( ie men will have sex with anything that moves)

The tray tables in the arm rest are uncomfortable for me also (6-3 and 280). They are also found on most bulkhead seats. A few planes have moved them back to the seat in front and they have extended slides to assume a normal position. Btw at my size I've had seat belts almost too short and had 8" of slack on other flights.

BTW on 717/MD80/MD90/DC9 aircraft the 2 wide side is more forgiving of larger passengers ( no middle seater to get squashed.)

I ve had at least 2 friends end relationships with big women and latter put them down for their size- whether they really believed it, or it was the most hurtful think they could come up with, I don't know.

I'm more likely to hear put downs from older relatives. Older being a few years older to 80. Seems even older fat women think you have to have been a thin girl first.

It really isn't my business, but it a woman wants to dress like the amish, or even wear a burqa it shouldn't bother me- but it does bother me when a woman does it to hide the fact she's fat, or almost as bad feels fat people shouldn't show their figure off if public. That's sad.

Of course I get great pleasure out of seeing larger women in tight clothes. I couldn't care less where their pants waist ends up, As a guy fond of jeans and thick leather belts, a gut hanging over the waist line doesn't seem comfortable.

So it's surprises me people ask about eating along. I never did it in college except for maybe a hamburger from the snack bar. When I graduated, I took a job that was 90% travel, now years latter, same field, it's down to 50% or so. But you either eat alone, or eat overpaid room service, or takeout. I avoid the last two 99% of the time.

I'm so used to it, the question is so out of left field.

Big fan of non Chinese ethnic buffets (Indian, Korean, Afganastani, Greek etc.) great way to try new foods, but I try to watch my weight, because I enjoy being physically active too much.

Never noticed buffets attracting binge eaters- I guess I don't pay attention to other patrons (and I tend to avoid American buffets.) Actually, I'm more siding with it being the ethnic buffets- I don't tend to miss many fat women, unless they are preteen or collecting social security. even if the women isn't attractive, there is usually some about her that's hot.

There's a Greek place I go to that has a bunch of hot fat waitresses, and a manager that looks like she's fighting it, but the customers at lunch tend to be young thin to average women and elderly (the foods pretty light, but excellent.)

At 2:30 they close the buffet and I know the waitresses can have what they want. And it looks like they do.

I actually dated a fat cheerleader in high school. Our high school voted on who made the cheerleading team (facility pre screened them- they all had some athletic ability- and the student voting was supposedly based on how well the girls did doing a sample routine.) This one girl was fairly popular and extremely well liked- the kind of girl who had something to say to the in crowd, as well as the in detention crowd. Anyway, she was on the fat side of chubby, and while she probably dragged the team down a bit, she could hold her own, and always got elected.

I didn't get anywhere with her, and the whole cheerleader thing was wasted on me, but I'd love to see her giant boobs bouncing (not so much when she was in uniform, she must have worn a bra that was made from a wet suit- they barely shifted, much less bounced.)

A relative of mine is always making fat cheerleader jokes- and it always turns me on- the only cheerleaders I really had the hots for were the fat ones. It was fairly common at the smaller rural schools where there was little competition to be a cheerleader.

99.9% of people cannot tolerate a tube through the mouth and down their throat while fully alert. I know an EMS instructor who could and was jokingly branded as gay- but you get the picture- how many porn stars even could have something in the back of their throat for hours. ET tubes are usally limited to patients in distress, sedated (as for surgery) or at real risk of loosing their airway (like having an allergic reaction.) In the latter case you use lots of topical lidocane. I've done one on an "experienced" teenaged girl with minimal lidocaine. The bad part is I won't pull one out I put in.

Nasogastric tubes go in through the nose and down the throat and do not promote choking after insertion(if the patient swallows as the tube goes down they usually do fine.) These wouldn't be unreasonable for play (in a field where people use needles, drugs, enemas, sounds, etc, these aren't a higher risk)

AFAIK tubes through the mouth are never used for feeding, it a NG tube can't be placed a PET tube is inserted surgically .

With anything involving restricting breathing, learn CPR, and preferably keep an ambu bag in the house. But most of the trouble can be prevented by not mixing it with drugs, alcohol, or restraining the subs torso/head (so she can roll on to her side, or move her head to vomit and clear her airway.
