Why do I have to choose? I like both. The bigger the better.

heavy cream is very sneaky
Everyone has ups and downs from one week to the next, even while gaining. 3 lbs in a week after 23 lbs in 3 weeks is excellent. Congratulations!

weight check
Once a week and I plot it on a graph along with belly measurement. Just had to buy a new 79" tape though as my 60" one was too short!

I hope you will keep us updated on this (successful or not). Unfortunately I can't join in because I have borderline diabetes. However I'll be with you in spirit.

You need to allow 2-3 weeks for the cream to have it's magical effect. There is a delay in it's working that many here have noticed.

efficient digestion of fats
I am on a high fat diet to gain weight. I would like to know if anyone has any suggestions on any way to improve fat digestion so that more of the fat I eat is absorbed and turned into lovely blubber.

It's hard to say if you will get stretch marks as not everyone does. You will just have to find out. I get fine silvery ones on my thighs when I gain but have never had them on the belly.

my plan for the next 10 days
I've never tried cake mix, mainly because its sweet and I'm somewhat diabetic. I use high fat foods like heavy cream, peanuts and pie snacks on top of a normal balanced diet.

What you're suggest...

Well, you have a BMI of about 22 now and 30+ is obese. You would need to be 203 lbs to get to a BMI of 30 so you need to gain 52 lbs by Christmas. I think that's going to be difficult. However if...

Plenty of heavy cream needed, I think. You should have no problem getting this if you work at Walmart.

I have to wear them over with a stretch belt otherwise they fall down. I don't like braces (suspenders) which is the only other option.

This is really the only practical problem with having a la...

Can only suggest the obvious really. Eat loads of large meals, plenty of fattening snacks and huge quantities of beer!

I would say give it a try. You have nothing to lose and you might find you like it a lot like most of the people on here. It sounds like you are not likely to get much criticism from friends and fa...

I've been taking 300ml doudle cream and eating peanuts for a few weeks now and it's beginning to show. Will update photos when I get the chance. Nearly 150Kg now.

I've never thought of heavy cream as a cure for hayfever! I'm glad it's working out for you though. I'm keeping up with my 300ml most days and have noticed a new layer of fat forming everywhere. ...

gain 20lbs in a week, is it actually possible?
What Edxl says is right. You could give yourself a hard time trying to cram down 10,000 cals in addition to your normal intake but I doubt much of it would stick and you would be on the toilet most...
